ANTHONY LAPAGLIA IN EAST TIMOR
During a break from filiming his latest movie, Anthony LaPaglia competed in a football match set up by the East Timor Government. The lineup included an East Timor select squad that will help make up their U-20 national team. Hollywood United sponsor Puma donated t-shirts to the local kids in Dili.

HOLLYWOOD UNITED WINS BACK TO BACK TITLES - INTL CUP OF IRAN

Hollywood United defended it's title in the International Cup of Iran/Friendship Cup by defeating LA Blues in the final. Bringing in many new players to tryout for the upcoming 2008/2009 Coast League season, HUFC was undefeated thru 6 games in 3 days at Cal State Fullerton. Facing rival LA Blues in the cup final, HUFC dominated play but was unable to find a way though the LA Blues very feisty defense. The match went to pens with HUFC striking 4 out of 5 to retain the cup. Congratulations Hollywood United for winning back to back International Cup of Iran/Friendship Cup titles.
